This cookbook is AMAZING… the beginning of the book has a Master class to teach you what you need to know BEFORE making pizza. It’s full of everything from what types of ingredients are best and what techniques you should use. In my opinion, the hardest part about making a pizza is the dough… it can make or break your pizza people!
I still haven’t perfected my technique, but I’m looking forward to trying more and more of these tips and recipes… especially the Sicilian!
